The campus interview process typically involves recruiters from companies visiting colleges to assess and hire final-year students, often through multiple rounds including pre-placement talks, written tests, culminating in final hiring decisions and offer letters. It is an extremely significant event in the life of a budding graduate because it provides fresh grads with an excellent opportunity to transform themselves from novice to professional.
For 2024-2025 academic year, our placement cell conducted the campus interview on 14.03.2025. The following schools were invited for the campus interview,
38 student teachers were participated for aptitude test and personal interview and 23 student teachers were confirmed as a B.T and P.G assistant for above schools

Placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting their campus for recruitment. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that training is important for B.Ed students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various schools.
At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, a fully fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of graduates on par with the industry standards.
The Placement Cell was Conducted the campus interview on 12.3.15 with Vidhya mandir CBSC School Managed by Ram co Cements, Ariyalur. The Campus interview was conducted by S.Mathukrishnan Administrator – Education, with written test and Oral Interview, 130 Students teachers were participated and selected candidates got the appointment order.
Campus Recruitment has been conducted by placement cell on Dhanalakshmi srinivasan college of Education on March 25&27, 2019. As the names of schools are Chandra Chellappan Metric Higher Secondary School- Nakkaselam ,Ragavendra Metric Higher Secondary School –Veeraganur, Golden Park Matric School-Chettikulam, Arivalaiyam Metric Higher Secondary School Nakkaselam ,Marakadham Metric Higher Secondary School Perambalur, Wishdom Metric Higher Secondary School Thirumandhurai, Ganaga Vidhyalaiya Metric Higher Secondary School Tittakudi and Nearest 175 students are participated.
As 75 students has been selected by interviewers and got appointment order, selected students are got greetings from chairman.

As the s names of schools are Little Flower Matric Higher Secondary School-Chettikulam, Swami Vivekananda Metric Higher Secondary School-Keezha Puliyur, My Masters Metric schools – Cettikulam, Chandra Chellappan Metric Higher Secondary School-Ragavendra Metric Higher Secondary School –Veeraganur, Aruthraa Metric Higher Secondary School- Perambalur, Indian Metric Higher Secondary School-Thittakudi, Golden Park Matric School-Chettikulam, and Nearest 126 students are participated.
As 44 students be selected by interviewers and got appointment order, selected students are gote greetings from chairman.
To assist the students to pursue their desired goal, our college has established a carrier Guidance and Placement Cell and it acts as the pivotal force for motivating students. The placement cell also organizes Personality development programmes, development of aptitude, communication skills for the student- teachers.
